We arrange delivery to customers in Nigeria subject to destination, product type, order size and the availability of a suitable delivery service.

Timelines

Delivery time depends on the destination, product availability and delivery method. We confirm the expected delivery arrangement with the customer before dispatch rather than promising a fixed nationwide delivery time.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges are determined from the order size and destination. Where a delivery charge is not shown during checkout, our team will provide the delivery quotation when confirming the order.

Order confirmation

Orders are reviewed before dispatch. We may contact the customer to confirm items, quantities, delivery address, delivery fee and payment status. Customers should provide a reachable phone number and accurate delivery information.

Receiving an order

Customers should inspect delivered items promptly and contact us as soon as possible if an order appears damaged, incomplete or different from what was confirmed.
